Pharmacy Expanding to Manassas with New Store Opening

Arlington, VA – March 16, 2009 –Prosperity Pharmacy has opened its newest location, adjacent to the Prince William Hospital in the heart of Manassas, Virginia, in the Medical Office Building Complex. Pharmacist husband and wife team Frank and Lisa Odeh founded Prosperity Pharmacy in 2003. Because of the tremendous success of its most recent pharmacy in Fairfax, Prosperity Specialty Pharmacy, they decided to open the new facility to expand specialized medication services to a larger area. Prosperity Pharmacy focuses on two areas of pharmacy service –personalized pharmaceutical care for patients requiring complex treatments and customized prescription compounding for patients and animals.
“We decided to open Prosperity Pharmacy in Manassas because we realized that by expanding our capabilities to a wider area, we could fill a gap in the current service offerings available to patients. In addition to carrying hard-to-find medications, such as injectable drugs, vaccines, and other specialty products, Prosperity Pharmacy provides durable medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, canes, walkers, etc. We also carry a full line compression stockings and orthotic braces and supports for most every physical challenge.
A Specialty Pharmacy patient requires an extra level of care not available at traditional community pharmacy locations. Our goal is to help our patients achieve positive clinical outcomes via our comprehensive clinical approach. We have the ability to provide our patients with immediate availability of all specialty pharmaceuticals,” explained Frank Odeh. Frank has nearly 16 years of experience in pharmacy care, and has focused much of his work on patient counseling and education in complex disease states, including infertility, Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS. Lisa Odeh has nearly 20 years of pharmacy experience, and is a certified compounding pharmacist. She has also completed extensive training in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT).
