Satisfaction Surveys

Excellent customer service is the top priority of Prosperity Pharmacy.  To ensure that the highest quality service is consistently provided, it is crucial to have regular and timely feedback from our customers and patients.  This is achieved by including Patient Satisfaction Surveys with each new order and sending out random surveys to customers to obtain feedback.  We also offer Physician and Nurse Satisfaction Surveys so that we may obtain comments and suggestions to enhance all aspects of customer care. 
The feedback is incorporated into our Quality Assurance Process Improvement Program, so that we may continuously improve our services to meet and/or exceed the needs of our customers.
